Daniels Law
Will Daniels is a trial lawyer and partner at Daniels law in Encino, California. Specializing in complex injury, aviation and wild-fire mass tort law, Will has represented clients throughout the State of California.
Graduating from Crespi Carmelite Highschool in Los Angeles, Will decided to see the world. He graduated from Chaminade University of Honolulu with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in broadcast journalism.
Looking for a change of scenery, and cure some island fever, Will returned to Los Angeles and attended Loyola Law School at night while working as a law clerk during the day.
Despite managing a full-time job and law school at night, Will graduated a semester early and walked across the stage having passed the last three-day bar exam.
Feeling the call to public service, Will joined the United State Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate. Will represented Marines, Veterans and their family members in a variety of different practice areas including civil litigation, landlord-tenant law, family law, criminal law and tax. Will was also the Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center and Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow.
Returning to civilian life, Will has focused his legal practice on fighting to ensure every person has access to justice.
When not practicing law, Will is an avid horseman, scuba diver, surfer, sky diver, and pilot.
He is the past president of the Cowboy Lawyers Association and encourages everyone to learn how to ride a horse. “It’s like riding a bike. Only the bike is scared of plastic bags and will randomly try to kill you.”
