Maryann P. Gallagher

Maryann Gallagher is a fighter for people who have been bullied.  She has been fighting  for people who have been wronged for 30 years.  She represents sexual harassment victims, sexual assault victims, and victims of discrimination. She stands up for Whistleblowers who themselves had the courage to stand up for what is right and were terminated for their honesty.

She is devoted to justice, working from her downtown Los Angeles law offices just blocks from the courthouse.  Maryann loves walking the two short blocks to the courthouse where she eagerly awaits  the chance to meet the jurors who will  help bring justice to her clients. She  has bene recognized for her trial  skills  by being only the second women ever to win the coveted Trial Attorney of the Year Award from the  Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Association. 

Maryann is also a mother of three boys and equally devoted to them as she is to fighting for people who have been wronged who need her help.

Maryann grew up in a large family of 7 children and only one working parent.  She worked multiple jobs though high school college and law school to pay her way. 

Maryann has volunteered her time and showed up at many of the LATLC giving days, including to feed and clothe the homeless in Venice, the Turkey and Toy give away, she has visited the women’s shelter in Skid Row and helped organize clothes for women who need something to wear to look for work, she helps assemble bags of essential items for those who are without a home or in need of some help.

Maryann is proud to  be an honorary member of this great organization LATLC-  that  is the heart of plaintiff’s attorneys- to fight for those who cannot fight for themselves.
