WHAT IS THE SERVICE PROJECT:
LATLC will again sponsor Bresee Youth’s annual Mother’s Day party! About 15 mothers from Bresee’s Family Services Program and Gang Reduction Youth Development Program are selected to be “pampered,” have a special outdoor brunch/lunch, and receive some thoughtful gifts. LATLC hosted it in 2019 and 2021 and this year it will be a Cinco de Mayo themed event.

WHO THEY ARE:
Bresee battles poverty by empowering youth and families in Los Angeles with the skills, resources, and relationships necessary to thrive. Through collaboration with the Wilshire Family Source Center, Bresee’s Family Services team provides intensive wrap-around support for the families of the youth Bresee serves and social and economic stability for the community at large. LATLC has supported this organization since 2017.
