Vahagn Koshkaryan

Vahagn Koshkaryan is the Founder of the Koshkaryan Law Group and the managing attorney. As managing attorney, he oversees all incoming cases and manages them from pre-litigation to trial.

Vahagn established the Koshkaryan Law Group in 2011 aimed for providing justice to the underrepresented. Vahagn has always been on the side of the consumer. His early years of practice consisted of representing consumers wrongfully accused of various crimes ranging from DUI’s, drug possession and white collar crimes. His practice now is focused on representing consumers injured in various accidents involving auto, truck, motorcycle, pedestrian and premises liability cases.

Vahagn has a compassion for getting justice for families who have lost loved ones in wrongful death cases. Vahagn has recently recovered over 10 million dollars in one year alone in wrongful death cases against high profile defendants. Unfortunately not every wrongful death case involves high profile defendants with millions of dollars in insurance policy limits. For those cases involving insolvent defendants or with minimal insurance policies, Vahagn has often waived his attorney’s fees to further help the families during difficult times to cope with their loss. To date, he has waived hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorney’s fees for his clients.
