Robert J. Mandell is the lead trial attorney for the Mandell Trial Lawyers personal injury law firm. For the past 30-plus years, he has been a steadfast advocate for the victims of personal injury resulting from auto collisions, bicycle and motorcycle crashes, defective products, and other accidents, with special emphasis on brain and spinal cord injuries, serious orthopedic injuries, and other catastrophic harms. He has championed the rights of injury victims going up against some of the largest companies in the world, including Ford, GM, AIG, and many others.
Rob has handled many high profile matters with million-dollar-plus awards in the areas of severe auto collisions, pedestrian accidents, construction site injuries and defective products. He was one of the personal injury lawyers responsible for helping victims of toxic chemical exposures from the Exide Plant east of Los Angeles, and he has several victories before the California Court of Appeals. He is a nine-time “Super Lawyer” honoree by Los Angeles Magazine and is an associate of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates. When he is not advocating for his clients, Rob is usually writing fiction or playing blues harp in local nightclubs. He also enjoys mountain biking, hiking and just hanging out with his family and his Golden Retriever, Bella.
