Megan E. Klein

Megan E. Klein is an associate attorney at BD&J in Beverly Hills. She litigates catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. 

As an undergraduate at the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in Political Economics of Industrial Societies, Ms. Klein was a coxswain on the men’s lightweight crew team. Her leadership abilities resulted in two Western Intercollegiate Rowing Association championships and two Pacific Coast Rowing championships. She’s adapted that drive and performance as a tough advocate at Schwimer Weinstein, LLP.

In 2010, Ms. Klein graduated from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, Juris Doctor, with a certificate in Maritime Law.

Her experience as a plaintiffs’ advocate comes into play throughout her cases. She handles personal injury matters from pre-litigation to post-litigation settlement. Ms. Klein also contributes to the employment actions, real estate practice, business litigation and handles tenant/landlord disputes.

Ms. Klein is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. And she donates time to the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities, a notable nonprofit that makes an important contribution in the lives of needy people and groups within the greater Los Angeles area. It provides financial assistance and focuses on issues related to education, children, battered women, persons with disabilities and homelessness.
