Megan E. Klein

Megan E. Klein is an associate attorney at BD&J in Beverly Hills, California.  She specializes in litigating catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, and wrongful death cases.   She will serve as the 2025 President for the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities.  She is on the Board of Governors for the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and is serving as Co-Chair of the CAALA Education Committee.  She was a runner-up for CAALA’s 2021 Rising Star Award. 

Megan attended Tulane University School of Law (2010) for her J.D. and the University of California, Berkeley (2004) for her B.A. in Political Economics.
