Jeff Aidikoff

Jeff Aidikoff specializes in all aspects of Elder Abuse litigation and FINRA arbitration. He represents individuals and their estates in claims for physical neglect and abuse against nursing homes, long term care facilities and hospitals, as well as against Broker Dealers and Investment Advisor firms in FINRA arbitration; Jeff also pursues cases against abusive family members in Superior Court. Between physical and financial abuse, Jeff has successfully litigated hundreds of cases and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.

Jeff has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2015, 2016 and 2017, an honor reserved for only 2.5% of all Southern California attorneys. He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which requires settlements and/or verdicts in excess of $1mil. He is also a Top 100 trial lawyer for the National Trial Lawyers organization and retains a Superb AVVO rating in nursing home abuse.

Since 2015, Jeff has served on the Board of Directors for the Exceptional Children’s Foundation, the only nonprofit in California that provides a lifetime continuum of services for disabled children, adults and seniors. In 2017, he was elected to serve as Vice Treasurer, Secretary and Chairman of the Development Committee. He also volunteers for and/or supports Bet Tzedek, ASPCA, the Animal Legal Defense Fund, Wounded Warriors and Habitat for Humanity.

Jeff attended law school at night while holding a full time job. While a student, he was a member of the Trial Advocates Honors Program, where he finished 1st in Southwestern’s intramural Bonelli Trial Competition. He was also senior staff writer and politics editor for the Commentator, a school publication focusing on political and world events.
