David Altshuler

David, has been a lawyer for more than 43 years, has a solo practice with emphasis on representing and counseling entrepreneurial clients who control small to mid-cap companies in various industries and/or market sectors: telcom, tele-medicine, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, entertainment, secured lending, real estate construction, etc., as well as re-structuring of financially challenged businesses. During the last twenty years, I have participated in numerous "startups" and "turn arounds". My largest clients (in terms of annual revenues) are in the $25-250 million range. I routinely negotiate and participate in a variety of business transactions, and have extensive experience in M&A activities (including buyouts and recapitalizations, private equity and debt transactions for start-up and venture capital transactions), inclusive of acquisitions and dispositions of business entities, representing buyers and sellers.
