Daniel DeSantis is an attorney at AlderLaw, specializing in personal injury matters including wrongful death, brain injuries, automobile collisions, and premises liability cases. In his first three years of personal injury practice, Mr. DeSantis first chaired four jury trials and second chaired three jury trials that collectively resulted in over $4 million dollars in money recovered for his injured clients. Mr. DeSantis aggressively fights against insurance companies, government entities, and their counsel, to obtain what his clients deserve. To date, although he prefers to go to trial, Mr. DeSantis has settled over one hundred and fifty cases with gross recoveries exceeding $8 million dollars. In 2018, Super Lawyers magazine recognized these results and designated Mr. DeSantis as a Rising Star in his profession.

Mr. DeSantis earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University, Bloomington and his law degree from University of San Diego. Mr. DeSantis is a graduate of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles' Plaintiff Trial Academy, a participant of the Trial Lawyer's College Regional Seminars taught by Gerry Spence, a student of the Trojan Horse Method, and an avid reader of trial strategy books written by Rick Friedman, David Ball, Keith Mitnik, Gerry Spence, and many more.

As a native of Los Angeles, Mr. DeSantis enjoys giving back to the community volunteering his time working with the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers' Charities, Teen Cancer America, and the Beverly Hills Rotary Club. Mr. DeSantis sits on the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers' Charities Board of Directors and is a Chairman on the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles' Political Affairs Committee. He is a devoted sports fan of the Dodgers, Lakers, Rams, and Hoosiers.
